Wax blockage is one of the most common causes of hearing loss. Impaction can also lead to earache, ringing in the ear, itching, odor, and discharge.
This is often caused by attempts to clean the ear with cotton swabs.
Ditch cotton swabs! According to the American Academy of Otolaryngology (ear, nose, and throat specialists), irrigation or ear syringing is a much better solution.
There’s no need for an expensive doctor’s bill, the HEAR cleaning system is easy to use at home.
Fill 1/4 of the bottle with 3% hydrogen peroxide, and the rest with very warm water. Attach one of the washing tips, stay seated, and pump the solution into your ear. It’s as easy as that!
Everything you need is included.
The kit comes with three disposable tips, the washer bottle, and full instructions.
Please note that more tips can be purchased.
Step 1
Fill the ear irrigation bottle with one part 3% hydrogen peroxide, and four parts very warm water. Alternatively, you can simply fill it with warm water.
Step 2
Twist the disposable tip onto the luer lock fitting. The fitting is on the end of the ear washing hose, right after the blue shield.
Step 3
Make sure you are seated. With the tip inserted into the ear, gently start pumping. Note: please read the full instructions included with the Hear Cleaning System prior to use.

This is not the first that I tried an ear irrigation system, and so far, this is the easiest one to work with and to use.
For hard-to-remove earwax, this is so worth the buy. I'm too scared to use earpicks in fear that I'll stab my ear canal, and yep, this is such a good find.
