It holds the pill secure before/during splitting (watch). Looking at the picture, I couldn't IMAGINE how this would work, but it's GENIUS and easy to use & very durable & I'm sure this will last forever!
I'd say I'll buy more if this product as I do with other products I live but it seems so heavy duty, I likely won't need another one any time soon.
